CHOSHIYA's anmitsu can be stored for 180 days at normal temperature. It is a genuine dessert whose original taste can be enjoyed at any time. At CHOSHIYA, we manufacture anmitsu using only the finest materials carefully selected from all over Japan. Comprising of kanten (agar jelly), an (bean paste), mitsu (syrup) and fruits, this full-fledged anmitsu can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home.

Tokoroten is an entirely natural dessert made entirely seaweed raw materials. It is made by cooling and hardening the extracted seaweed components and processing them into the shape of noodles. Because the tokoroten itself has little flavor, syrup is poured on when eating. It can also be eaten as a refreshing snack with vinegar soy sauce.
CHOSHIYA's tokoroten is a healthy dessert produced in a modern plant using Japanese agar (seaweed). It stays fresh for 180 days at normal temperature and doesn't take up much storage space. You only need to cool it for a few hours in a refrigerator before eating. Never freeze it, for it cannot return to its original state once frozen.
